Magical Insights ("we", "us", "our") operates Sassystant, an Android app that helps you craft replies for dating-app conversations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Sassystant is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any dating platform.

When you use Sassystant, you may provide:

• Account information, such as your email address, if you create an account or join our waitlist.
• Screenshots or images of conversations or dating profiles that you choose to upload for analysis.
• Feedback, support requests, or other messages you send us.

3. Information Collected Automatically

We collect limited technical information automatically, including device model, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic data such as crash reports and feature usage. We do not access your device contacts, camera roll, or messages beyond the specific image you choose to upload into the app.

4. How We Use AI to Process Your Content

Screenshots you upload are sent to AI processing providers solely to generate reply and opener suggestions. This content is processed transiently to deliver your results and is not used to train third-party AI models beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the feature, unless you separately opt in. Uploaded images are retained only as long as needed to generate your suggestions, then deleted.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, process AI requests, or provide analytics, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded screenshots are automatically deleted after your suggestions are generated. Account and analytics information is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You may also opt out of analytics collection in the app's settings and delete your account whenever you like.

8. Children's Privacy

Sassystant is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, which may have different data protection laws.
